• Contributed to business objectives by enhancing features for a SaaS/cloud-based workflow application supporting an internal audit platform, using Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies across the product lifecycle.

• Worked on multiple web applications (web portal and workflow applications) and integrated them with multiple databases, SORs, reporting tool (Tableau) and email/mail notification systems for Data Privacy in order to support California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA and CPRA) (Similar to GPDR). It allowed users to “see” the data we have on them, and “correct” or “delete” that data.
• Designed 100+ permutations of letters to be shared with the customers via email, mail or web portal
• Designed and implemented a Tableau dashboard integrating multiple databases to track compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), reducing manual reporting time by 50%.
• Integrated workflow tool with email/mail applications so that customers could receive emails/mails.
• Ensured PDFs that were shared were ADA complaint visually as well as audibly.

Worked on Ordering system application where a user would purchase their networking needs via UI, the information would then get saved in a database that would be then used to send confirmation email to customers, and for reporting.
Created a centralized database by importing data from different sources and applying transformation logic to it.
Prepared detailed Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and user stories by leveraging Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Epics/Features. This included specifications for ordering system web applications, covering RESTful APIs, SOAP, as well as front-end and back-end logic for screens and servers, and requirements for client notification triggers.
Managed multiple data analysis projects, delivering all on time and exceeding quality expectations.
